日本語化されていないのに失望と要望を述べる時は

パターンとして（ちょいときつめですが）

というような感じでしょうか

ビジネスはビジネスらしくかちっとした文章スタイルが

大切ですが

名前を名乗る
↓
挨拶　（Hello　Hi　等）
↓
・事実を述べる（自分の現状を正確に簡潔に）
・解決策を見つけるべくプランを提示する
（あるいは要求する）
・期限を決める
・次回のコンタクトの約束
　内容は案件で変わりますが、わかりやすい表現が一番
↓
挨拶　あ・り・が・と・う
↓
結びの言葉　(Best Regards,Sincerely yours,等）
